Terms that apply
Our Nonagon Terms of Use govern Battlebeat and its related services, including eligibility, purchases, your content, acceptable use, availability, and liability. Apps distributed by Apple are also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The applicable store terms control your app license and purchase if they conflict with our terms.
Purchases
Battlebeat offers a one-time, restorable Unlock All Dungeons purchase for later and future dungeons. Gameplay score requirements still apply. Apple displays the localized price and handles payment and refund requests. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible access.
Your music
You retain ownership of music you import and are responsible for having the right to use it. Import from Files and optional Google Drive imports create local copies for playback in Battlebeat. Importing does not grant rights to someone else’s music or share your songs with other players. Google’s own terms apply to its sign-in, file picker, and Drive services.
BPM estimates may be inaccurate. You can correct a song’s BPM and dungeon assignment in the app. Supported file formats are shown in the music library.
